This family farm supplies fresh Hereford/Angus Burren Premium Beef directly to the consumers home. The Burren limestone pastures, interwoven with wild herbs and clover, give this succulent and tender meat its unique “Burren flavour”.
A superb local Artisan butcher is used, where the premium Beef is carefully matured for up to 28 days.
With delicate and respectful husbandry, the cattle enjoy plenty of free space, as they graze in the magical Burren where the grass grows eleven months of the year.The care and attention to detail Cathal and Bronagh put into their cattle ensures every aspect of the process is taken care of personally including taking the time to deliver the Premium Beef directly to your door as they endeavour to exceed customer expectation.
